Yulia Iglinova-Milshtein was born in Ekaterinburg. Started her musical education in special School of Music at the Ural State M.Musorgskiy Conservatory with professor V.L.Usminskiy. Yuliya with great success made her debute as a soloist on the stage of the Sverdlovsk Philharmony at the age of nine years. Continued her studies in Moscow, in the Music School of Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in the class and professor B.Belenkiy and professor N.Beshkina.

From 1990 Yulia studied at the Moscow Conservatory and completed her education at the post-graduate study in the class of People's Artist of Russia professor E.D.Grach. During these years Yulia had intensive concert activity in the most famous concert halls of Moscow and Russia, Festivals "Moscow Stars" and "Russian Winter", as well as abroad. As a soloist and in chamber ensembles Julia performs in Germany, Britain, the United States, South Korea, Australia, Canada, Greece. Since 1999 Yulia lives in Madrid, Spain, continuing active concert activities.

Yulia works as Assistant Concertmaster in Radio Orchestra in Madrid and Television, concertmaster of the orchestra «Excelentia», combining with concerts in the «Fatum String Trio » as well as concertmaster and conductor in chamber orchestra «European Ensemble». She performs in such halls as the Auditorio Nacional de Musica, Teatro Monumental, Palau de la Musica, Fundacion Juan March, Auditorio de la Fundacion Mutua Madrilena. Yulia has performed with orchestras under conductors Adrian Liper (Great Britain), E.Grach, Y.Botnar, L.Nikolaev, Volf Usminsky, Cristobal Soler (Spain), Roberto Fores (Spain) and many others.

Her repertoire includes music of all styles and epochs. Yulia actively cooperates with the modern composers and performes premieres of their works devoted to her. Among her current plans performances with orchestras in Spain, chamber music concerts in the U.S., recordings for the Radio and Television of Spain.
