Chamber Choir "Credo"

Chamber Choir "Credo" was founded in April 2002. The team consists of professional musicians. The head of the choir winner of Grand Prix III All-Ukrainian competition of choral conductors Bogdan Plish.

Choir was a member of the international festival "Kyiv-music-fest", "Musical Premieres of the Season," "Golden-dome Kyiv". The team was invited to attend the anniversary concert dedicated to Lyatoshynsky, I. Shamo, S. Karabits, G. Sviridov, festival "Vladimir Krainev invites" and Mozart Fest "AVE VERUM". The team participated in the IV, V and VII of the Moscow Easter Festival (Artistic director - Valery Gergiev). The team won the XXIV International Competition of Sacred Music "Festival in Hajnówka-2005" (Poland), and participated in the IV International Festival of Sacred Music in Rottenburg, where was chosen to participate among 50 teams around the world. The festival, attended by 12 choirs performance of "Credo" was recognized by critics "coronation festival."

Performances of "Credo" took place in Russia, Poland, Germany, Holland and Italy. Concerts of choir performed at the most prestigious concert venues, including: Hall named. P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow Philharmonic, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Berliner Dom and the great hall of the Berlin Philharmonic.

Chamber Choir "Credo" has being working with most significant composers of Ukraine: V. Silvestrov, J. Stankovic, L. Dychko, M. Skoryk, G. Gavrilets, V. Stepurko, M. Shuh, W. Polyova and others.

Concerts "Credo" were accompanied by a symphonic orchestra of the National Opera of Ukraine, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine, Kiev Chamber Orchestra, the National Ensemble of Soloists "Kyiv Camerata", State Chamber Ensemble "Kyiv Soloists" and others.

The choir made a CD recording: "Canticles and prayers" G. Sviridov (2004), "The Archangel's voice" Kyiv chant (2007), "The Chernobyl liturgy" Bishop Jonathan (Yeletsky) (2009), "Easter new holy" (2009 ), symphonic-choral poem "The Chernobyl liturgy" accompanied by the Orchestra of the National Opera of Ukraine.
